Douyin Video Download Without Watermark
Douyin is the Chinese version of TikTok. Saving a post with the in-app Save button always adds the platform logo and the author's handle. To keep a clean HD copy, read the original file instead. That is what this tool does.
Why the in-app save has a watermark
The watermark is not part of the uploaded file. The app composes it onto the picture at the moment you share or save. Reading the file stored on the platform skips that step entirely, so the result is the untouched original picture.
Get the link
- Open the post in Douyin, tap the share arrow, then Copy link.
- Open the home page and paste the link or the whole share text.
- Tap Parse. Results usually appear within one to three seconds.
On desktop you can copy the address bar link, which looks like https://www.douyin.com/video/POST_ID.
iPhone
- Open this site in Safari, parse the link, then tap download.
- Choose Download or Save to Files from the download prompt.
- Open the Files app, go to Downloads, long-press the video and choose Save to Videos to add it to Photos.
Android
- Use Chrome or the default browser and parse the link.
- The file is saved to the Download folder, and the notification panel shows progress.
- To see it in your gallery, move it into DCIM or Movies.
Windows and Mac
- Parse and download in your browser; the file goes to the default download folder.
- Open the download list with Ctrl + J, or Command + Option + L on macOS.
- For batches, copy the direct link into a download manager such as IDM.

Available qualities depend on the original upload. If the author uploaded 720P, no tool can produce 1080P.
FAQ
Why is there still a watermark?
If the author put a graphic into the picture while editing, or your copy is a re-upload or screen recording, it is part of the picture and cannot be removed.
I cannot find the file
iPhone: Files app, Downloads. Android: Download folder or the notification panel. Desktop: browser download folder.
